How We are Paid
We charge a fee for the service of researching the whole market, providing a written recommendation, arranging your lifetime mortgage and supporting you throughout the application process. We will provide written confirmation of this fee before you agree to proceed, however the initial consultation will be free of charge. For Independent Equity Release advice, we do not charge any upfront fees however, a fee of £1295 is payable on completion for our service in relation to lifetime mortgage. For Independent Mortgage Advice we charge a fee of £595 payable on mortgage offer.
